Description:
A “messenger of magic”, he is in charge of enlisting girls who have the potential to become Magical Girls. In the old world, using the girls to gather energy to “help the universe” by collecting their energy after the Magical Girls became a witch and is defeated, which made him appear as the enemy in the eyes of Homura and later, Madoka. In the new world however, he now collects energy in a different way, though he still uses the girls since he needs them to fight the demon familiars.
